The quarterly results of our Mystery Shopping provision to the sector revealed that our shoppers are only being offered the opportunity to Gift Aid their stock donations less than 50% of the time, resulting in the charities involved potentially missing opportunities to benefit from the tax benefits provided under the Scheme.
Our results show that those charities who focus on upskilling their teams and measuring compliance with agreed policies and procedures see higher returns and an increase in Gift Aid profit, maximising their return on investment.
