Lodge Service are market leaders in providing specialist security and loss prevention support to the charity retail sector, with a portfolio of over 40 clients operating over 2,500 shops nationwide
The Lodge Service Charity division have hit the ground running in 2023, with the return of some old friends and the addition of some new names to our already extensive charity retail portfolio.
We welcome back national disability charity Scope, who worked with Lodge Service for over 25 years until activity was temporarily curtailed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are currently providing specialist loss prevention support to the Scope retail team on a number of exciting projects to reduce loss in their 190 High Street shops to support their vital fund raising in the area of disability and equality.
We are also delighted to re-engage with Peter Lynch and his team at Action Cancer (NI), a charity dedicated to providing support to cancer patients and their families in Northern Ireland.
Based in Belfast, this account will be managed by Margaret Gibb, our Senior Auditor, who is already familiar with their policies and processes, having worked closely with Peter and his team for many years.
Last but not least, Margaret completes her busy month by managing work on behalf of new client The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, a Glasgow based charity operating 16 shops in and around the local area.
Founded in 1980, the Hospice was established to provide high quality, person-centered care for all those affected by life-limiting conditions and relies in part on money raised through their network of retail outlets.

We are delighted to be able to provide specialist loss prevention support to these vitally important causes and we look forward to working closely with all our charity clients over the next 12 months to reduce opportunities for internal and external loss.
