The Lodge Service Profit Protection Team carry out compliance audits on behalf of a number of clients from a variety of sectors, including charity, financial, hospitality and entertainment.
We work with our clients to design a bespoke audit document aimed at providing feedback on key areas of their business, scoring each question according to a specific risk matrix which allows them to identify weaknesses in their operations and to consider implementing remedial measures
Our audits are delivered through our secure online database, which also facilitates the production of detailed reports highlighting issues across their entire estate.
Our audit team consists of experienced, field-based full-time staff and appropriately qualified self-employed consultants. All our team are either ex-police officers or ex-retail managers, with experience of retail operations gained over a number of years.
We provide a truly national service, with audits being conducted in outlets situated from Lands End to the Orkneys Islands and all High Streets in-between!
