Lodge Service Charity are pleased to announce the launch of their new training workshop ‘Dealing with Customer Abuse’ which aims to provide Shop Managers and Regional Teams with the tools to allow them to proactively approach difficult and potentially confrontational situations in the workplace.
Delivered at client premises at times to suit you and your teams, the ½ day workshop draws on over 20 years’ experience of providing support to the sector and complements our existing ‘Shop Safety & Security’ workshop, which we have been presenting for over 15 years to a wide variety of charity retail clients.
